![]() Honestly, I think the quicker that you're able to jump to it, the better. But I still am discovering new stuff and it's got a lot of functionality. You need a little bit of accounting background, just being aware of what the different chart of accounts are. ![]() And then as far as the learning curve, honestly, everything is super self-explanatory. Had we been migrating from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks online, it would have been a little bit more of a seamless process. It was a lot of work to transfer stuff in from Excel over. So there really wasn't a lot of shopping around as far as that goes. I feel like they were the solution, first solution we looked at, and it resolved the needs we needed. Honestly, QuickBooks has got a pretty big name in the industry, and so we really didn't look around much. And so, QuickBooks online was a no brainer to switch to. Creating reports was always labor intensive. ![]() ![]() I am a bookkeeper for an architecture firm, and I give QuickBooks online a five out of five stars.īefore using QuickBooks online, we were actually tracking everything through Excel, and then we were creating all our invoices through Excel, we are tracking all of our payables receivables, and it was a fine system, except there was a lot of stuff that we were actually missing.
